What is PulseChain

PulseChain is a fork of the Ethereum blockchain. It was introduced by Richard Heart, a cryptocurrency entrepreneur and founder of the HEX token. PulseChain aims to address some of the challenges faced by Ethereum, such as high transaction fees and scalability issues. The main idea behind PulseChain is to create a more affordable and efficient blockchain network while leveraging the existing Ethereum ecosystem. The fork involves taking a snapshot of the Ethereum blockchain and copying the account balances and transaction history onto the new PulseChain network with the native token called Pulse (PLS). This allows Ethereum users to access their existing funds and interact with decentralized applications (dApps) on PulseChain.

How to add PLS to Metamask

To add PulseChain network on MetaMask, you can follow these steps:

  •     Block Explorer URL (optional): https://otter.pulsechain.com

7. Save the Network: After filling in the required information, click on the “Save” button to add your custom network to MetaMask.

8. Switch to the PulseChain Network: Once the network is saved, you can switch to it by clicking on the network selection dropdown in the MetaMask wallet interface. You should see PulseChain network listed there. Select it, and MetaMask will switch to that network.
